REFUNDS

No refunds are accepted under any circumstances.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase in-store only.

For online orders, exchange requests must be communicated on the same day of delivery.

Items must be checked immediately upon receiving the products.

Exchanges are valid only for new collection items.

All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Sale items, shoes, bags, and accessories are non-exchangeable.
